Processing Time:

  • USA Orders (Monster Digital): 2-5 business days before shipping.
  • Canada Orders (Gelato): 4-7 business days before shipping.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing.
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight & destination.

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
  • Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently ship only to Canada and the USA.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Returns

Since all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless an item is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  1. Contact us at nrgclothing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
  3. Once reviewed and approved, we will either:
    • Issue a replacement at no cost, or
    • Provide a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

  • Every item is custom-printed on demand, meaning we do not hold inventory or resell returned products.
  • This policy helps us maintain sustainable production and keep prices fair for all customers.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • If you do not receive it after this timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider.
